Zippers, wheels, sliders, and stitching that fail under normal use — not cuts, stains, overload, or airline damage. Write to us with photos and the order number.
What we will do
Repair where we can. Replace the piece if we cannot. There is no published year-count on the site because we would rather judge the fault than hide behind fine print.
