If a piece is not right, send it back. The window is short so the next traveller can have it unused.
7 days
You have 7 days from delivery to start a return or exchange. The piece must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packing, with tags on.
What we take back
Wrong size. Wrong colour. A change of mind. A manufacturing fault. We do not take back pieces that have travelled, been washed, or lost their tags.
How to start
WhatsApp us the order number and what you need — refund or exchange. We will send the return address and the next step. Do not ship anything until we confirm.
Refunds
Once the piece reaches us and we check it, refunds go back to the original payment method. Allow a few working days after we receive it. Return courier is on you unless the fault is ours.
