Shipping & Delivery

We send every piece from India, packed to survive the same journeys it was made for.

When it leaves

Orders are packed within one working day. Transit across India is typically 2–4 days after dispatch. Remote pin codes may take a day longer.

What it costs

Delivery is complimentary on orders above ₹2,999. Below that, the checkout total shows the shipping charge before you pay. No surprise fees at the door.

Where we ship

We ship across India. We do not currently send orders abroad.

Tracking

Once the bag is with the courier, we send the tracking link to your email and WhatsApp. If it does not arrive in four days, write to us — we will chase it.
